Vision Essence GTG3-Low-Zinc+MZ  alternative to the U.S. NEI-NIH formula- contains 25mg zinc (as gluconate). It combines all three macular protective pigments with vitamins C and E to provide antioxidants for the maintenance of eye health. Two tablets taken daily increases macular pigment density to help maintain eyesight in conditions related to sunlight damage, such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Vision Essence Low-Zinc+MZ is for those advised by their eye care professional to take an eye vitamin with zinc.  A genetic test to determine zinc compatibility is strongly advised. Not advised for early AMD.

Recommended for: Those who've completed the VitaRisk genetic test and have been identified as zinc-positive: Genotype Group 3 (GTG3).

    Clean label Ingredients: Carotenoids derived from non-GMO marigold flowers. Binders that look like food, not a chemistry set.


    Medicinal Ingredients: 10 mg Lutein, 2 mg Zeaxanthin, 10 mg Meso-Zeaxanthin, 500mg vitamin C, 400 IU d-alpha tocopherol (natural vitamin E), 25mg zinc (as gluconate), .5mg copper (as citrate)
